How to send your board in to UncleRabid for Repair

Due to the current number of boards that have been sent in without the
requested information Uncle Rabid has been forced to change our repair
submission system.

If you wish to send in a board or power feed unit for repair or upgrade
you MUST fill out and submit the Repair Request Form.

This form will notify us of your intent to send in your board for repair or
upgrade.

Boards and power feeds sent in without the required form will be placed
at the bottom of the que and will be repaired when Uncle Rabid has the
time to get to it.

We regret that we are forced to do this but we must be able to track the
repairs that are coming in.
